An old industrial building has been designed to be used as a boutique hotel. Each of the 15 apartments has 1-3 bedrooms, two bathrooms minimum and a living area with a kitchen.

The heart of the hotel is the roof garden, where the visitors can relax on the pool, drinking a glass of wine or dining while gazing on the Acropolis.
