This not-completed building has been redesigned in order to create a contemporary and minimalistic addition to its neighborhood.

7 Apartments have been designed, each having a open living space, two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. The ground floor apartment makes the most out of the front and back yard, which has a private swimming pool.

The view from the top level, overlooking Athens, is magnified by the creation of an exterior living space and a pool, shared by the users of the building.
