This 19th century neoclassical building is restored, redesigned and extended in order to be used as shops and apartment residences.

The 3 apartments of the concept could be used either for Airbnb or for long-term lease. The characteristics of the building such as the old stone were highlighted by the color palette and the lighting design.

2 of the apartments are 100sqm, consisted by a shared living-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Another apartment of 50sqm has a living area with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
