This 5 storey building was renovated in order to be used as a boutique hotel.

11 apartments were created, focusing on highlighting the great view of the building. The 2 ground-floor apartments, previously hosting a carpenter shop, were designed as lofts, taking into advantage their big height.

On the top floor, a small apartment is located next to a shallow pool, overlooking the magnificent sunset over Chalkida's marina. A living area and an exterior dining area were also designed so the visitors could spend their nights there, having a good time and enjoying the view and the cold breeze.
