Apartment renovation in Neos Kosmos. The apartment plan that was triangle-shaped was problematic due to bad room separation. This created weird rooms and spaces that were not very functional. With strategic moves, the kitchen was connected with the living area which, helped the apartment to be perceived as much bigger than it used to. An exterior living area and a jacuzzi tub with a magnificent view towards the Acropolis was created on the balcony.
