The key element of the design was to create an extensive living-kitchen area that is tightly connected to the exterior. Big glass panels separate them during the winter, but during the summer the two areas function as one. A concrete form connects them vizually and it is used as an office desk, a TV furniture, a bookcase, a fireplace, an exterior sofa and an exterior sink.

The house is consisted by a living-kitcen area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom, a bathroom and a utility space.
